Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped from our warehouse Monday-Friday 8am-4.30pm. Orders placed on public holidays will be shipped next available business day with the exception of the shutdown period over Christmas.

 

Shipping Domestically (Within New Zealand)

Our products are shipped from one of our warehouses around the country. In some instances a product may be sent from one of our resellers. All shipments require a signature upon delivery. If nobody is available/able to sign, a card to call will be left.

 

Shipping Internationally (Out of New Zealand)

Returns Policy

Prior to purchase if you have concerns, questions or doubts, please contact designideas@robertson.co.nz or call us on 09 573-0490 for additional information.
All purchases are bound to the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
If for any reason you are not happy with the purchase please get in touch immediately to organise a return within 10 days. No refunds or credits on indent/special order products.
In order to be returned, product must be in its original condition, unused and resalable. Anything outside of this cannot be accepted.  Robertson will then either exchange, replace or refund the purchase at our discretion.
Please email designideas@robertson.co.nz with your purchase order number along with your reasoning in order to organise a return.

 

Refunds

Once goods are returned and inspected, we will notify you that we have received the item along with whether it has been accepted or rejected. If approved the refund will be processed. Items that we agree can be returned may be subject to a restocking fee.

 

Indent and Non Stock Items

Indented & non stocked items / special orders cannot be cancelled once order is placed and are non-returnable. Lead times for indent & non-stocked items are specified on product pages. Please read carefully before purchasing. Sale is final when payment is made.

 

Sale items

Sale items are not applicable for returns unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

Exchanges

Product is only replaced if defective or damaged.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be at the buyers expense unless product is damaged or faulty. Shipping costs are non refundable.
 
Until product is on Robertson premises it remains the customers responsibility. Therefore we recommend using track/tracing with your return shipping otherwise we cannot guarantee we have received the returned product.
